In view of the particular situation that the world is still going through due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have adapted our cancellation conditions. If you cannot come to see us because of restrictive governmental measures, your reservation can be easily postponed or cancelled, without fees.


Our cancellation conditions remain flexible and will constantly adapt to current events related to Covid-19. Any reservation you make with our guest house from April 27, 2020 for a stay in the coming months and which would have to be canceled due to restrictive travel measures taken by the government, will be subject to a postponement according to the above conditions, or the refund of the deposit we would have received from you. In the case of a reservation you have made directly with us
In accordance with the provisions made by the order of March 29, 2020 , all stays reserved and having already been the subject of payments from you and which you wish to cancel will not be refunded before a period of 18 months from March 29, 2020 , or no later than July 31, 2021.However, you will be allowed to postpone your stay within the same period of 18 months. The sums that you have already paid (whether the deposit or the total balance) can be used in the form of a credit for a new identical or equivalent service in the next 18 months. The price of your new reservation must not exceed that of the old one, or you can benefit from a service of a higher category than the initial service by paying the difference in price which will remain at your expense. Know, finally, that this credit is divisible, that is to say that it can be used in several times for several benefits.

In the case of a reservation made by you through an intermediary

We strongly recommend that you contact the agency (online or travel agency) or the intermediary who made your reservation with our establishment directly. It is, in fact, the latter who must apply the order of March 29, 2020 if he is established in France. Otherwise, only the latter can decide on the cancellation conditions that he will have set. We are sorry, therefore, not to be able to intervene in this transaction between the latter and yourself.

If we have to cancel your reservation due to Covid-19

In the event of cancellation of your reservation on our initiative due to Covid-19, and whatever the duration of the notice, we undertake to reimburse you in full for the installments that we may have received from you.
